A Taste of the Sea

Pelican Shores is thrilled to host the More Than Lunch event for April 2025. A Taste of the Sea lunch offers a seafood inspired lunch overlooking the pristine Sussex Inlet.

Enjoy an amazing seafood platter showcasing local Sussex lobsters and Greenwell oysters as well as prawns and fish served with a Sussex Green House Salad.

Join us for a special 5 course dinner in Sussex Inlet curated by Chef Lucas from El Cantina.

Previously Head Chef at Nikkei and Tokyo Bird in Surry Hills, Lucas has featured in SMH, won awards and now lives in the Shoalhaven.

This menu takes inspiration from his Italian heritage and nonnas recipes.

Omakase Japanese Fusion Feast

Get ready for a mouthwatering, chopstick-twirling adventure as Island Sushi’s legendary chefs, Kaiki and Sunni, serve up a 5 course Japanese Fusion feast like no other! 

This event is part of the Viking Festival long weekend and includes Viking Festival ticket.

The Viking Long Lunch has become a feature of the Viking Festival June long weekend and provides a great opportunity to relax with family or friends eating great food overlooking the picturesque Sussex Inlet.
