Enjoy an amazing shared plate dining experience prepared by award winning Shoalhaven chef Jack Dinnie from Bumpy Road Catering who pride themselves on fresh seasonal food that will tantalise your taste buds.

Canapes served on arrival with a welcome drink

Main: Barbecued Lamb Shoulder with gremolata crumble and jus and Local White Fish with romesco sauce, olive tapenade, cress and cherry tomatoes.

Sides: Honey roasted trio baby carrots with mint, baby spinach and roasted chickpeas. Smoked paprika, white garlic and thyme chat potatoes and Cherry heirloom tomato and burrata salad with basil.

Desert: Warm cheeses with blistered grapes, honey dukkah, crackers, muscatels, honeycomb and berries.
